An administrator provides office support to either an individual or team resulting in the smooth-running of a business.

A coordinator brings people, products or resources together. They are usually extremely organised and are the missing piece to an operation or project.  

Personal assistant duties can include anything from daily management, minute taking, booking meetings, diary management, email correspondence and anything else to lessen the workload for the manager or boss. 

An executive assistant usually has a higher profile position than a PA. They are responsible for managing schedules, client communication, working in different time zones and with years of experience to support this. Some duties are similar to PA duties however, they have more responsibility within the business overall. 

A Private PA's role is very demanding with a mixture of both business and private duties. They are usually responsible for overseeing household staff, booking complex travel, diary management, car bookings, and restaurant bookings as well as any ad-hoc tasks that may arise. This may lead to working outside of usual office hours and fits someone hardworking and on the ball.
